Thesummit,asamatteroffact,splittheworldintoso-calleddemocraticandundemocraticcampsbyU.S.standards,inablatantattempttogangup,drawideologicallinesandstokedivisionsintheworld,thuscontraveningandtramplingonthespiritofdemocracy.

Noone-size-fits-allmodelofdemocracy

Theessenceofdemocracyshouldensurethatthepeoplearethemastersoftheircountry.Therefore,whetheracountryisdemocraticornotandhowtobetterpromotedemocracyshouldbejudgedbythepeopleofacountry,nottobedictatedbyfewself-righteousnations.

Ashumancivilizationisdiversified,itisnaturalthatdemocracytakesdifferentformsanddevelopsalongvariedpathwaysinvariouscountries.

Thereisnoone-size-fits-allmodelofdemocracyforallcountriesintheworldandeachcountryhastherighttochooseapathofdemocraticdevelopmentthatsuitsitsownnationalconditions.

"Thebasicprincipleofdemocracyisnottoimposeyourmodelandyoursocialvaluesonothers,"saidMarinkoOgorec,aCroatianpoliticalanalyst,addingthatdifferentformsofdemocracyshouldberespectedjustlikedifferentvaluesandtraditions.
